Meet Our Team

We have a team of experienced and knowledgeable preparers and staff, including three Enrolled Agents, who are committed to preparing accurate and timely tax returns with integrity and professionalism.  An enrolled agent (EA) is a federally-authorized tax practitioner who has technical expertise in the field of taxation and who is empowered by the U.S. Department of the Treasury to represent taxpayers before all administrative levels—examination, collection, and appeals—of the Internal Revenue Service.

Our Services

Petix & Botte Tax and Business Services (formerly Tax & Financial Services Inc.) was established in 1987 to help individuals and small businesses with all of their tax preparation and planning needs. Incorporated in 1998, our firm is owned and operated by Vickie Petix and Paul Botte, who have provided tax preparation services for a combined 58 years to clients in the greater San Diego area and throughout the country.  Our services include tax preparation and planning for individuals, businesses, and fiduciaries.
